All orders are shipped via Priority Mail from the Czech Republic.
Sometimes it can take up to 7-10 business days for your order to ship, depending on order volume.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect shipping address, or was determined undeliverable for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fee. Any taxes, duties, fees, that might apply are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will not be issued for any packages shown as delivered by the tracking number. No refunds on shipping costs.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
Each necklace is handled with care and made sure that the packaging is keeping the product safe on its long journey to you.
If the product is broken upon arrival, please contact me immediately with pictures of the defect.

Tips to keep your jewelry in their best form:
• Please be careful with the jewelry and continue to give them the same love as when I made them especially for you. Be extra delicate with the minerals as they are fragile.
• Chemicals like hairspray, perfume, deodorant, body lotion, bleach, fruit juice, tea etc., can speed up the tarnishing process.
• Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Storing your jewelry in individual, small bags, the best choice is the bag what you got with the necklace. If you did not get an Intambo bag, store your jewelry in a soft and dry bag.
• Do not store jewelry unprotected in the bathroom or exposed to humidity and moisture.
• Don't let them get wet. Each piece is made of a large amount of hemp string that dries really slowly and their quality can degrade, so make sure to take them off at the beach and during showering.
Please note, that due to the relative inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. I strive to make the colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are not possible except wedding requests with special custom order conditions.
I only offer refunds if there is a problem with the construction of an item (if it's broken, etc) within 7 days of delivery date. Exchanges are not possible because of the custom nature of the product. I do not take returns, especially earrings due to hygenic reasons.
Once the item has left our studio, we are not responsible if items are received broken, damaged or lost in mail.
But if an item is damaged in the mail or if it breaks, please send an email with an image attached to email@example.com
We will fix the item if we deem it fixable. You will have to pay just the shipping if it happens in the first 4 weeks, the repair is for free.
We will not provide a prepaid shipping label. Te customer is responsible for sending us the item back to fix as well as emailing us the tracking number. If an item is unfixable, our responsibility to letting the customer know the possible options.
If the product damaged after the first 4 weeks, the repair’s price is 10€ plus the shipping costs.
If the necklace/earring/bracelet damaged because your own fault, I fix it with pleasure for the shipping cost+20€.
